The King & The Commissioner marks the return of the two characters of the films The King, in which Mammootty played the character of Thevalliparambil Joseph Alex and Commissioner , in which Suresh gopi played the character of Bharathchandran IPS . . The film is directed by Shaji Kailas , who is expecting a hit by this. The film is written by Renji Panikar and produced by Anto Joseph .
